What comes in a tea set?
All tea sets listed come with 9 items per person. Each person will get 4 petit fours (1-2 inch bite sized desserts), 4 canapes and 1 tea bag/latte cat of their choice.

Can I choose my delivery time?
Despite Collaborations, this is a single person business and there are a lot of factors every weekend that we cannot guarantee a delivery time. If you would like a specific delivery time, please check out a local delivery service!

DO I REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO SECURE MY ORDER?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of order for custom sets to secure your order. The remaining balance for you order is due 1 month prior to the event.

For all other orders we require a deposit of 50% of any order over $150 to secure your order. The remaining balance is due at a minimum of 72 hours prior to the pick up date.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Any cancellations requested over 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date are subject to a loss of any deposits made.

There are no refunds on cancelled orders requested within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date.
Damage during Hand-Off
Once any order is picked up or delivered, we can not be held responsible for any accidents that may happen with your order along the way and do not offer refunds in these events. However, we are still human and care out our customers and our products. We understand that accidents happen, please reach out to us if this should happen so we can try to assist and assess the damage made
What is the storage life of the pastries?
Our cakes are best eaten within 2 days of purchase.
What is the storage life of the macarons?
Our macarons stay fresh and crisp for the following:
1 day at room temperature
2-3 days in the fridge
1 week in the freezer
Please keep macarons in a sealed container to maintain optimal texture.
Do you have vegetarian options?
We do offer vegetarian alternatives! Just leave a note that you'd vegetarian and you will be contacted for your dietary needs.

How do I order a Custom Tea Set?

There is also a Custom Afternoon Tea Product that you can choose in shop.
How early should I order?
The earlier the better! Custom orders require a minimum 3-4 week notice. 1 week to plan out and 2 extra to source materials. However, 2021 is entirely booked at the moment, so you can plan for 2022!
What is the consultation process?
We will discuss your theme of choice, favourite characters, dietary needs, allergies your favourite dessert flavours and a cuisine style.
What comes in a tea set?
A tea set for 2 starts from $70Â with a total of 18 items. 9 per person. Each person will get 4 petit fours (1-2 inch bite sized desserts), 4 canapes and 1 tea bag/latte cat of their choice.
Do you have a menu?
Honestly, no. (^～^;)ゞ The custom orders are totally up to the customer. I have no food specialty in particular. However, I am confident in my cooking skills and prefer you to eat foods that you actually like.
Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required after consultation secure the order. The latter half can be paid upon pick up via E-transfer or Cash. Should you have to cancel your order the deposit will be kept as credit towards a future order.
